Shipping and Returns

Shipping Domestic

We aim to ship within 1-3 days but during busy periods such as Christmas we aim to ship within 5-7 days. However, please check the product descriptions for a more detailed estimate on our ship within times as it vary per item/sizes. Please also note that we offer two types of shipping on all orders: 1st Class Standard & 1st Class Signed For. If you choose 1st Class Standard delivery at check-out and your order is undelivered/lost, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. If you would like to add Tracking to your order please choose the upgrade to ‘Signed-for’ option at check-out.

 

Shipping Internationally

We ship internationally! The shipping price will be shown during checkout. The prices can vary dependent on weight and Country, if the price seems high at check-out please feel free to email us and we can double check the price for you. We aim to ship within 1-3 days but during busy periods such as Christmas we aim to ship within 5-7 days. However, please check the product descriptions for a more detailed estimate on our shipping times as it vary per item/sizes. Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes which may be incurred. Please also note that all shipping on international orders is ‘International Tracked’. We will provide a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

 

Returns/Refunds

If an order arrives incorrect, please contact us at jessicamaedesign@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to return/refund the item(s). Buyers are responsible for returning any items in their original condition and where possible orders must be returned in the original packaging. Buyers will also be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return. Buyers will lastly be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or faulty, please bear in mind that lost returns cannot be refunded so using a trackable shipping method is recommended. Your refund will be processed on the return of the order. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

 

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact us at jessicamaedesign@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue so we can reference any issues. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a print/production error.

 

Item hasn't arrived yet?

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within the specified time frame please contact us directly at jessicamaedesign@hotmail.com. Please allow up to 10 working days if you're in the UK and 12-21 working days if you are International. Please note that if you choose Standard delivery at check-out and your order is undelivered/lost, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. If you would like to add Tracking to your order please choose the upgrade to ‘Tracked’ option at check-out.
